Coconut Milk (Nham Kati)

Thick milk is prepared by directly squeezing grated coconut meat through cheesecloth. The squeezed coconut meat is then soaked in warm water and squeezed. Use cold coconut cream and hot wok, it will sizzling immediately for quick oil separated.
